These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SarvaBook website, applications, and services, including WhatsApp appointment booking, digital queue management, patient communication, analytics, and related services.
1. About SarvaBook
SarvaBook is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help healthcare providers manage:
- WhatsApp appointment booking
- Digital queue management
- Token generation
- Patient communication
- Doctor scheduling
- Queue displays
- Patient feedback
- Operational analytics
SarvaBook is a technology platform and is not a healthcare provider.
2. Eligibility
You may use SarvaBook only if:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the authority to represent a hospital, clinic, or healthcare organization (where applicable).
- You comply with all applicable Indian laws.
3. User Accounts
Healthcare providers are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Restricting unauthorized access to their account.
- Ensuring account information remains accurate.
- Immediately notifying SarvaBook of any unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use SarvaBook for illegal activities.
- Impersonate another individual or organization.
- Upload malicious software.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
- Reverse engineer or copy the software.
- Interfere with platform security or availability.
- Send spam or unsolicited WhatsApp messages.
- Use the platform to violate any applicable law.
SarvaBook reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in misuse.
5. Healthcare Responsibility
SarvaBook provides software tools only. Healthcare providers remain solely responsible for:
- Medical advice
- Diagnosis
- Treatment
- Patient care
- Appointment decisions
- Prescription management
- Clinical records
SarvaBook is not responsible for medical outcomes.
6. Patient Information
Healthcare providers are responsible for obtaining any consent required to collect and process patient information through SarvaBook.
SarvaBook processes such information solely to provide the requested services.
7. WhatsApp Services
SarvaBook integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. Users agree that:
- WhatsApp message delivery depends on Meta's services.
- Temporary delays or failures may occur.
- SarvaBook cannot guarantee message delivery in every circumstance.
8. Subscription and Payments
Certain SarvaBook services require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may be offered:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Annually
Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Applicable taxes, including GST, may be charged separately where required by law.
9. Free Trial
If SarvaBook offers a free trial:
- Features may be limited.
- The trial may expire automatically.
- SarvaBook may discontinue the trial at any time.
10. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Partial months are not refunded.
- Cancellation does not entitle users to reimbursement for unused periods.
- Any promotional offers may have separate refund conditions.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to SarvaBook, including software, source code, user interface, design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and content remains the exclusive property of SarvaBook.
Users receive only a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.

Healthcare providers retain ownership of the data they submit. SarvaBook may process this data only to:
- Provide services
- Improve platform functionality
- Maintain security
- Comply with legal obligations
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.
13. Availability of Service
SarvaBook aims to maintain high availability. However, services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, internet disruptions, or third-party service outages. SarvaBook does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

SarvaBook may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay subscription fees, or compromise platform security. Healthcare providers may discontinue use at any time, subject to applicable subscription terms.

SarvaBook may integrate with third-party service nodes (Meta WhatsApp, Payment Gateways, Cloud hosting, Analytics, and Email infrastructure providers). SarvaBook is not responsible for outages or actions of third-party providers.
17. Confidentiality
Both SarvaBook and healthcare providers agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public business information obtained through the use of the platform.
18. Force Majeure
SarvaBook shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, power failures, or pandemic-related disruptions.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
20. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
21. Changes to These Terms
SarvaBook may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
